Frequently Asked Questions

wILL THE GROUND BE UNEVEN INSIDE THE TENT?

Not at all! The interior is covered in astroturf and paving stones, making the ground level, stable, and heel-friendly!

Are the bathrooms far from the tent?

Nope! The washrooms will be located within 20 feet of the tent - super convenient and easy to access!

I'm worried about the walk from parking - what if it rains or i'm in heels?

We've got you covered! Thanks to ProCart Sales and Service in Mildmay, golf carts will shuttle guests from parking to the tent. We still recommend sensible shoes, but no need to worry about a trek!

What if it is cold on gala night? or warm and stuffy?

We've planned ahead! Heaters will be placed inside the tent to keep everyone cozy and comfortable! If it gets warm, we'll open up the tent sides to let in a beautiful evening breeze. 

What is the dress code?

Think elegant and fun! It's a semi-formal evening = dresses, suits, or whatever makes you feel fabulous. Just keep footwear in mind for walking on grass and turf!

Will there be dietary options for dinner?

Absolutely. We've worked with our caterer Gracie's Country Oven to accommodate dietary needs. Just let us know in advance when you RSVP!
